This is a Dead Pawn Necklace. The necklace is comprised of a single strand of Turquoise and Pen Shell Heishi. The necklace is crafted in the traditional Navajo style. The Turquoise Nuggets on this piece look to be Sleeping Beauty Mine Turquoise or may possible be Kingman Mine Turquoise. There is no clasp as the necklace has been crafted with a traditional rope closure.
