  • This is a Navajo hand strung Three Strand heishi fetish necklace featuring 34 Coyotes with a center Turquoise Thunderbird. Carvings include Turquoise, Pipestone, Jet, White and Picasso Marble to name a few.

  • The ritual totem is a vital part of many Native American societies. Such animals are considered to be helpers who can be prayed to and asked for assistance.

  • The carving of fetishes is common to all Southwestern Native North American tribes. The carvers pray over the creations to release the power connected to the animal.
