We are proud to offer our customers as many options as possible to enjoy jewelry and other items from the American Southwest; this includes the option of Layaway. To begin the layaway process simply email us at tcsupport@turquoisecanyon.com with the items you would like us to hold for you.

Layaway is FREE for everyone! Regardless of how many (or few) items you have. Layaway 1 item or 10. There are no additional or hidden charges with our easy and simple Layaway process.

Here's how it works in 10 Easy Steps!:

1. All items are to be lay-a-way-ed are identified at one time
2. All pieces are entered into the lay-a-way at a single time and are from then on considered as a single unit and must be paid for together.
3. The lay-a-way unit is paid for in 1,2,3,or 4 month installments.
4. On the day of lay-a-way, the first payment is due.
5. The next payment will be due on the 1st or 16th day of the next full month following 30 days after first payment
6. Subsequent payments = 1st or 16th of each following month.
7. All payments subsequent to the first are made on the 1st or 16th of each month.

   Example:

   • If you choose a layaway on April 16th:
   • First payment = April 16th
   • Second payment = June 1st or 16th
8. Each consecutive month, the next percentage will be due for the unit.

   Example

   • If your period was 4 months, then your payments would be split into 4 equal payments of 25%.
   • If your period was 2 months, then your payments would be split into 2 equal payments of 50%.
9. Once the final payment is received, the entire unit will be shipped.
10. If at any time you wish to pay the balance, simply send payment and the unit will be paid in full and shipped.
